I'm back from my short leave and posting some shots from several weeks ago...

Currently booking through December

Just wanted to advise anyone interested in setting up a session, that I am currently booking through the end of the December, so if you'd like a weekend date, early evening session (sunset), or any other specific date, please contact me as soon as possible to ensure availability!

Don't forget family or children portraits for the holidays! I will be announcing 3 upcoming mini-session dates, which are perfect for getting those sibling shots or family images for your holiday cards. (singe children are welcome too, of course!). 2 sessions will be on-location, 1 will be in-studio.

TJ cut his hair!

I walk into my kitchen to find..

1.) a pair of scissors sitting on my kitchen table (that's odd, I didn't leave them there)..

2.) they are covered in little sandy-blonde hair

3.) there is large clump of hair on the kitchen floor..

4.) TJ is not in sight.



Me.. "TJ... where are you?" expecting to see him with this giant bald spot on his head...

TJ appears, and at first I can't see the spot that he cut (whew! thank goodness!).. then, as I'm brushing through his wolfing hairdo.. I spot it! A little patch of "bangs" that he snipped off.



I know that he was due for a haircut and he must've overheard me saying I was taking him.. then got fed up and decided to take matters into his own hands... Geesh.

(I have since gotten him a "real" haircut!)

These kiddos had to travel a bit to make it to the shoot, but I'm so glad they were able to come! As soon as my new website is finished these guys will be on the homepage. Not only because they are just so irrestibly cute, but their mama dressed them PERFECTLY! bold, bright colors, not matching at all and it worked beautifully! Sometimes it is sooo hard to get across exactly what your child should wear to one of my shoots.. these are perfect examples of what will make me very happy!
